Cross-Country Skiing

Cross-country ski enthusiasts have found the State Park to be unsurpassed in its challenging terrain. You can bring your own equipment or rent skis, boots and poles ($21 per day) at the Adventure Center.

Spend an hour or a day exploring one of the last pristine wilderness areas in California.
Day permits can be acquired at the Ranger Station located in Long Valley.

Cross-country ski equipment and snowshoes will be available for rental once we re-open. The Adventure Center is located a short distance from the bottom of the cement path.

Equipment cannot be reserved on weekends. A first come first serve policy is in effect. Must be at least 18 years old to rent equipment.

**Subject to closing in icy or dangerous conditions.**
